At Walking On a Cloud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If your shoes don't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or exchange.
